  • The cost is $50 for Early bird/Nonprofit registrations.

    The space size will be 12X12 so you can plan accordingly.

PENFEST 2024!!! 

WHEN: Friday, June 14th 4-8:00 pm

WHERE: Penfield Community Recreation Center located at 1985 Baird Road

For those who might be new to PENFEST, it's a vibrant family-friendly community event held at the Penfield Community Recreation Center on Friday, June 14th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Admission is free for all, so save the date and spread the word!

Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting 68 local businesses, offering information and products, and this year, we're aiming for an even bigger turnout.

With approximately 1,000 attendees, being a Vendor at PENFEST presents a fantastic opportunity to showcase and support the businesses that make our community thrive.

Entertainment will be provided by Bach to Rock, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. It's also a chance to discover new local favorites and connect with fellow community members.

For those interested in becoming a Vendor at PENFEST, here are the pricing details:

Early Bird Sign-Up:

  • Members/Nonprofit: $50
  • Non-Members: $100

The Early Bird sign-up deadline is Wednesday, May 1st. After this date, prices will be as follows:

  • Members/Nonprofit: $75
  • Non-Members: $125

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

With an expected attendance of approximately 1,000 attendees, PENFEST offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your business to the local community.

Here are the benefits of becoming a PENFEST Sponsor:

  • Vendor Space: Premier booth placement at the event.
  • Promotion: Your business will be featured in all advertising materials, including printed and digital media.
  • Name Recognition: Your business will be acknowledged throughout the event.
  • Brand Visibility: Your business will be prominently displayed on guest bags, lawn signs distributed throughout the community, and on PENFEST t-shirts.

Registration Deadline is Friday, April 29th!

Starting this week, you will be able to sign up through our website, under events, and look for PENFEST on June 14th  where all of the tabs will be listed.
